Occupation	William Homer Myers began teaching in 1900. He taught in schools in Reeve and Barr Townships of Daviess County, Indiana. He taught at Southside School in Washington from 1930 to 1932. He became principal of the West End School in Washington in 1932. He remained at that position until October 23, 1945 when he died from injuries sustained in a two vehicle collision at the intersection of highways 50 and 57 in Washington.
