Occupation	Lela Lee began her elementary teaching career in 1923 at the West End School in Washington, Indiana. In 1943 she enlisted in WAACs during World War II. After the war she returned to teaching in Washington. She retired in 1968.
Education	Lela L. Lee graduated in 1921 from Washington High School in Washington, Indiana. She attended Indiana State Teachers College.
Places of residence	Ms Lee is buried at Veale Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Washington, Indiana.
