David A. Draper and his wife, Cahterine Jane Draper, owned the Washington Herald Newspaper which later became the Times-Herald newspaper. They also owned WAMW-WFML radio station in Washington. He was a World War II veteran having served with the 37th Infantry and the Quartermaster Corps in the South Pacific and the Philippines. |
