The "Memorial Quilt" embroidered and quilted by the Ladies Missionary Society of the Presbyterian Church in Washington, Indiana. Started in 1883 the quilt has hand crewel embroidered names of local families from early Washington. The quilt was donated to the Daviess County Museum by Westminster Presbyterian Church in Washington in 2020. The preservation framing was gifted by Ellen (Green) McKittrick of Washington.
