Description |
Two undated photographs of Adeline (Ingram) McCracken (1844-1880). Adeline was first married to Newton Lagle in Harrison County, Indiana. Adeline married her second husband, John J. McCracken (1832-1910), on December 21, 1867 and their home was in Daviess County, Indiana. The first photo (ca. 1864-1865) was taken in New Albany, Indiana. The second image is the left half of a photo (ca. 1867-1868) taken with Adeline's second husband, John J. McCracken. See 2023.0009.0010 in Photos. These photos are on a flash drive donated to the Daviess County Museum in 2023 by William Brent McKinney, the 2x great grandson of Mr. & Mrs. McCracken. The flash drive has 52 photos of McCracken/Hart family members or sites in Daviess County. It also includes 12 family history forms for several people that provide detailed genealogy information.
