Copy of an undated photograph (ca. 1940-1945) of Harry Richard Gruelle. He was the Worshipful Master in 1940 at Charity Lodge No. 30, Free and Accepted Masons in Washington, Indiana. This was one of 118 photographs compiled by Larry McLin of Worshipful Masters from 1851 to 2016 at the Washington Masonic Lodge. Mr. McLin donated a flash drive containing the photos to the Daviess County Museum in 2022 (See 2022.0069 in Objects). The Masonic Temple at 212 E. Main Street in Washington was constructed in 1868. In 2005 the building was purchased by the Daviess County Historical Society and now houses the Daviess County Museum. |
