Scanned copy of an undated studio photograph (ca. 1923) of Callie L. (Bales) Gee (1899-1989). She married William McKinley "Bill" Gee (1898-1988) on July 8, 1923 at the Methodist Church in Elnora, Indiana. Mr. & Mrs. Gee lived in Daviess County, Indiana and had three children: Billie Frank Gee (1934-2020), Samuel Byron "Sam" Gee (1936-2017) and Anna Ruth (Gee) Walsh. Bill Gee worked for the New York Central Railroad Co. Callie Gee was a teacher. This photo was scanned from 2025.0038.0005, one of ten genealogy scrapbooks compiled by Anna Ruth (Gee) Walsh and donated in 2025 to the Daviess County Museum by Ms. Walsh. These ten scrapbooks contain 25 years of extensive genealogy research by Ms. Walsh and can be viewed in the Research Room at the Daviess County Museum. See 2025.0038 to 2025.0038.0009 in Archives. |
