Two undated photographs (ca. 1935-1940) taken by Charles R. Luder (1882-1966) of his wife, Frances V. "Fannie" (Palmer) Luder (1885-1978) and his mother-in-law, Lillie May (Bradford) Palmer (far right) looking at plants offered by an unidentified merchant in Washington, Indiana. This photo is on a flash drive donated to the Daviess County Museum in 2023 by Deborah F. (Luder) Gallaway, the granddaughter of Mr. & Mrs. Charles Luder. It contains 174 scanned photos and documents collected by Mr. Luder during his life. Most of the photos were taken by Mr. Luder, a professional photographer, who owned and operated Luder Photo Studio in Washington, Indiana from 1907 until he retired in1963.
