The volunteers at the Daviess County Museum strive to be as accurate as possible when cataloging the Museum's collection. But sometimes we have limited provenance about artifacts and often cannot identify people in photographs. If you have more information about any item in the Museum's online collection, we encourage you to share that knowledge with us.

A magazine, "Daviess County Profiles '93-'94," issued by Daviess County Publishing of Washington, Indiana promoting events, churches, schools and business in Daviess County, Indiana. In addition to photos and text, some of the profiles contain detailed history of certain businesses. Thelma L. Bingham, curator at the Daviess County Museum, wrote an introduction with a brief history of Daviess County.
