Occupation	Mr. Summers was a U.S. Army veteran serving from 1959 to 1962. He had a 35 year career in banking beginning at the Central Trust Bank in Cincinnati. In 1969 he returned to Washington and joined Citizens Bank & Trust. He was instrumental in the merger of Citizens with Washington National Bank to form United Southwest Bank. He served for 52 years on the Board of Directors of the Daviess County YMCA.
Education	William E. "Bill" Summers, Jr. graduated in 1955 from Washington High School in Washington, Indiana. He was president of his senior class. He graduated from Indiana University in 1959 with a degree in Business Administration.
