Occupation	L. Rex Myers was a teacher for 42 years in grades 1 to 8 at the Jefferson, West End and Washington Junior High Schools in Washington, Indiana. His favorite subject to teach was American History. He was one of the founders of the Daviess County Historical Society which operates the Daviess County Museum. For 35 years Mr. Myers was the Daviess County Historian. He served on the Washington Carnegie Library Board of Trustees for 16 years.
Education	Rex Myers graduated in 1957 from Washington High School in Washington, Indiana. He graduated from Vincennes University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Oakland City University.
