Action to collect debt of $596.25 for clothing items sold to defendants, retail merchants in Epsom and Plainville, Indiana who operated under the firm name of "Haynes Brothers." Plaintiffs claimed the defendants fraudulently misrepresented their financial condition to induce plaintiffs to sell the clothing on credit. |
