1914 Common Council resolution for curb and gutter construction on W. Walnut Street
June 22, 1914 resolution of the Common Council of Washington, Indiana approving prima facie assessment to landowners for construction of a concrete curb and gutter on West Walnut Street for the sum of 38.5 cents per running foot. The resolution passed 7 to 0 and was signed by Mayor John W. McCarty. Attached to resolution is list of landowners on West Walnut Street and amount of each assessment.
