Action to quiet title to real estate in Daviess County, Indiana owned by Nancy Ward who passed away September 22,1893. The file notes the surviving spouse, George R. Ward, and the descendants of Nancy Ward by her first marriage. John W. Ritter, the Administrator of the Estate of Nancy Ward, was joined in the lawsuit. Mrs. Ward's descendants claimed that George R.
