Two subpoenas issued by Peter W. Walter (1841-1910), the Justice of the Peace of Madison Township, Daviess County, Indiana, on March 15 and March 16, 1875 summoning witnesses to testify in the case of William Seneff v. Westly Cunningham. John C. Ball was the Constable that served the subpoenas. These documents were part of a large collection of Madison Township Justice of the Peace records donated to the Daviess County Museum in 2024 by Janet Bowlin. The records belonged to her late husband, William D. Bowlin. |
