Mr. DiCanio was a long time teacher and administrator at the Washington Public School System. DiCanio for many years was Chairman of the Daviess County Democratic Party and was always active in support of Democratic Party candidates. Victor and his wife, Dicie E. DiCanio, resided at 412 S.E. 11th Street in Washington. |
