Warren A. Routt v. Liverpool Lodge No. 110 I.O.O.F. of Washington, Indiana, et. al. lawsuit, Daviess Circuit Court, Cause No. 8052, January Term, 1892. Warren A. Routt claimed he was employed by the Trustees of Liverpool Lodge No. 110 to install a boiler/furnace in the Opera House owned by the Liverpool Lodge in Washington, Indiana. Mr. Routt claimed he was owed $115.80 for his work and material.
