Pages one through eight of the December 26, 1889 edition of the "Catholic Record" newspaper with a front page story about the "Catholic Pioneers" of Daviess and Martin Counties. There are several pages of text and drawings about the parishes, priests and prominent Catholic families in Daviess and Martin Counties. Page one and two is just the top half of the page. This item was part of a large collection donated in 2012 to the Daviess County Museum by Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church. |
