This diploma was part of a collection about the Billings and Nimnicht families donated to the Daviess County Museum in 2023 by Holly Billings, the daughter of Mr. Hugh F. Billings (1919-2005) and Mrs. Eleanor J. (Nimnicht) Billings (1921-1980). |
