The volunteers at the Daviess County Museum strive to be as accurate as possible when cataloging the Museum's collection. But sometimes we have limited provenance about artifacts and often cannot identify people in photographs. Three bound copies of Washington Rotary Club History (1919-1994) prepared by James L. Hamersly, May, 1994. Contains history and accomplishments through the years, a list of charter members and their fields of business, a list of presidents through 1994, a list of Paul Harris fellows, a list of exchange students, a copy of the September 16, 1967 bulletin which was placed in a fifty year time capsule, a list of District Governors, the membership list for 1993-1994, and a list of honorary members for 1993-1994. This is one item of a large collection donated by Brenda Sobecki on behalf of the Washington Rotary Club, consisting of photos, books, bulletins, programs, letters, newspaper clippings, and other documents.
