Henry H. Hyatt v. John T. Veale, et. al. lawsuit, Daviess Circuit Court, Cause No. 8669, January Term, 1895. Action to quiet title to 11 lots in Washington, Indiana. Several of the defendants claimed that John Hyatt, the father of Henry H. Hyatt, was indebted to them. A jury trial was held and entered judgment for the plaintiff against all of the defendants.
