Pocket "Trial Calendar" issued by the Daviess Circuit Court in Washington, Indiana showing the cases scheduled for trial from November 15, 1937 to December 18, 1937. On the first page is printed the Court Officials. On the second page are listed the names of persons serving on the Grand Jury and Petit Jury during that term. On the back cover are printed the attorneys or law firms in Washington, Indiana. On the front cover is written "#663" which is a reference to the Thelma Bingham books at the Daviess County Museum in which she wrote this item was donated by Clifford and Thelma Bingham. Also written on the front cover is," When I was on Grand Jury," that was likely written by Clifford Bingham's mother, Edith Bingham, who is listed on page 2 as a member of the Grand Jury. |
