Two copies of a June 21, 1983 article by Curt Brown in the Tri-County News, a newspaper published in Washington, Indiana, about the Graham-Paige automobile parade to be held June 25 on Main Street in Washington. Joseph B, Robert C. and Ray A. Graham from Washington owned a company that manufactured trucks in Evansville, Indiana. In 1921 their company entered into a partnership with Dodge Brothers Company to jointly build trucks. After Dodge bought the truck business in 1926, the Graham brothers in 1927 acquired Paige-Detroit Motor Car Company in Wayne, Michigan and began production of the Graham-Paige automobile that was made from 1928 to 1947. |
