Supplement to the March 26, 2005 Washington Times-Herald newspaper (28 pages) about the Washington High School boys playing at Indianapolis in the finals of the 2005 IHSAA Indiana State Class 3A basketball championship. The Hatchets head coach was Dave Omer. Luke Zeller hit a mid-court, buzzer beating three point shot to defeat Plymouth High School 74-72 in overtime to win the 2005 state championship. The picture on the front page of the supplement was taken on March 19 after the Hatchets won the Semistate championship on March 19 at Seymour defeating Roncalli 51 to 46. |
